ABOUT

 Northaven's story unfolded:

Northaven formed in the Spring of 2018 with current member Chris Wallace (bass) and former member, Dan Steinlicht (guitar) at former drummer, Eric Henninger's house. What started out as a thrash metal/death metal project turned to a new direction when Brian Lewellen (guitar) was recruited. This led to former drummer Eric's departure in the Fall of 2018.

A few months later  Matt Hendrix was initiated to the group. During this time the band's name was formed.  Also, Adam Kellar (vocals) was recruited by Brian. However, shortly after his entrance, Matt left the band to pursue a new career suited better for his family and daughter on the way.

In the Spring of 2019 current drummer, Larry Parish, was discovered and he agreed to join after an audition. Since then Northaven has been motivated more than ever and continue to improve band chemistry every rehearsal and performance.

Unfortunately guitarist Dan Stienlicht parted ways with the band due to the need to pursue another calling. We all wish Dan the best of luck with all of his future and current endeavors.

In January of 2020, guitarist, Ryan Rankin was initiated to the band. Northaven is happy to have an additional guitarist onboard, and look forward to performing as a 5 piece ensemble.
